The filibuster on HR 6049, AKA “Renewable Energy and Job Creation Act of 2008,” continues after a vote today that failed to move the bill forward. Today’s vote was 52-44, two votes closer than the June 10 vote, but still eight votes short of the 60 votes needed to overcome Republican resistance.
